Ashley Montoya is a results-driven association management professional with over seven years of experience in non-profit, trade, and professional associations. Known for her strategic mindset, leadership acumen, and dedication to driving success, Ashley currently serves as the Chief Staff Executive and Membership Manager at Civica Associations Conferences & Exhibitions. In this role, she oversees Executive Director responsibilities for two national associations and leads the Membership Department. With a strong background in leadership, membership management, and innovative strategies, Ashley has excelled in administrative roles for non-profit organizations, specializing in conference and event planning, board and sponsor relations, marketing, and budget oversight. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management (Cum Laude) from Regis University. She actively contributes as the Director of Communications for the PCMA Rocky Mountain Chapter and as a committee member for the AMC Institute's Emerging Leaders program.
